I have to be honest, I didn't like anything about this hotel.
Negatives:
My family and I did not feel safe. The person working the front desk didn't know how to check us in (long wait) and several drunk men approached my children in the lobby. There was endless sound outside all night. Stains on the sheets. Everything was bad.

They're actually pet friendly even ones that say they are online are no longer pet friendly.

The staff and beds. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was also very yummy.

Front desk staff is friendly and accommodatingand it is pet friendly.

It was dirty in the common areas and hallways. Many things needed repairs everywhere. Breakfast was poor. Never saw a cleaning cart once. They seem to be short staffed. Not a chance I would risk using the pool as I doubt chemicals etc are being checked.

Best of everything was the reception staff, who went out of their way to make sure I got in for a special night I'd been planning for two months. Everything else was exceptional. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was warm & welcoming when we checked in the evening of 1/21 PM. However the next morning, I was woken up to move my car from an iced over no parking spot to facilitate people who were parked in a clearly marked via sign no parking spot.
Negatives:
The parking lot clearly needs to be plowed and salted- a lot better than it was.
Positives:
The heated pool and hot tub were a pleasant experience in the winter.
Negatives:
It wasn't the cleanest. There were stains on the carpet in the hall way, stains on the sheer, mildew stains on the claking,and the elevators need a cleaning. The ice machine on the 4th and 3rd floors didn't work, but the 2nd floor one did.

The lady after we checked in was wonderful. The living checked in with was probably the rudest person I've ever met in my life

The pool was fantastic. The room was clean. My only complaint was it didn't help with a guy with one leg. The Ada was terrible.

Staff is awesome. Very quiet hotel and they got all our rooms(4) in the same area. Love the lobby style area on each floor. Made a great area to open gifts this Christmas.

The pool was either over chlorinated or under ventilated. Two kids and one adult got pretty ill. But a couple went back the next day. Depends on the person. I couldnt stay in there unfortunately
