We enjoy the room cleanliness, the beautiful courtyard with fire pits, the pool and hot tub, the free breakfast, the bar with dinner options, and most of all the ability to stay with our dog. The dog yard is well kept and large enough for a little play.

I usually like to stay at Ramada when flying through Spokane but will not anymore. I had unexpected delays in flights that turned my 7 hour travel into 18 hours, causing me to not arrive until the morning. I called Ramada as soon as I knew I wouldn't make it, obviously that was not communicated to others, telling Booking that I never checked in. When I reached out again about a possible partial refund or credit, knowing I booked a non-refundable stay so was not expecting much, they gave me a $5 refund. That feels worse that getting zero refund. It feels like a slap in the face and very disrespectful.
