There were homeless people living in cars in the parking lot, syringes on the ground, garbage everywhere. Lady at desk was rude. I did not stay and couldnt get a refund. Horrible part of town as well

The entire building was run down and dirty. We were actually quite shocked The website said breakfast was included but it was not. However, given the cleanliness of the place, or lack there of, we would not have eaten breakfast there

No words can describe the condition our room was. It was horrible. The only thing clean were the sheets, Thank god. I didn't even shower. Wish I could attach pictures.

The whole hotel was filthy. We had to change rooms as the first one was stinky, and the bedding had obviously not been changed. The night person was uncommunicative and put out that we didn't want to sleep on dirty sheets. We won't be staying there again

Extremely filthy. No breakfast provided (the ad said it was). Was supposed to be non-smoking room, yet the room reeked of cigarettes.

This hotel is disgusting. The room wasnt even cleaned , hair all over the sheets, hair & stains and food of some sort on the pillow cases, floor hadnt been vaccuumed, garbage in the bathroom, every towel had stains ect theres more just no more room

This hotel was in the middle of an industrial area and had abandoned cars in the parking lot and my relative that we were visiting said there was a shooting at that hotel last month and that the gangs in the area hang out at that hotel. Did not feel safe

Did not feel safe enough to even stay one night. Called and asked to have reservation canceled. The lady said we had to pay for one evening and the rest would be refunded.
