Staff were very friendly at check-in! The room was a good size and was comfortable, and after 8pm the hotel was quite quiet even being so close to the airfield. Breakfast was tasty, and the dining area nice and bright. Free cookies and water are available at check-in.
Negatives:
I was disappointed that I couldn't get even a zero-balance invoice at checkout; some of the agencies I work with require that much to prove an overnight stay, but the hotel would not offer it when booked through a third party.

Flight delay. Landed late so needed a quick overnight

The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
It took a long time to get help at the front desk. It took several minutes each time we went to the desk.
The hot tub sides had brown scum on the sides. And there were clumps of hair stuck to the wall behind the hot tub.

We stayed at Sleep Inn in Post Falls several times and the staff was always available and the pool and hot tub area is always clean.
