There wasn’t any coffee in the room and when we called the front desk they said we could come down and get some. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at has brought whatever was missing to the room immediately. I just thought it was a lapse in customer service

Only reason I'm giving it a bad review because it is ongoing on a week. And I still have not got my pre authorization of a $114.97 back they preauthorized my card twice, they did it for a $183 and a $114 so I paid a $136 for the stay. They gave me back my $50, but then they charged me a $114 that is pending and I can't get back on my credit card. For God knows I don't know what reason for but it is f****** ridiculous.

The staff are very well trained and everyone was quite friendly.
Negatives:
I was awoken in the night be some loud noises that stopped periodically and then came back again. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The next morning I asked to change rooms and the front desk did it quickly and without questioning why. I think that maybe they had had this complaint before? Which then begs the question, if someone else had complained then why was the room reassigned before the problem was fixed?

Positives:
I liked that the property was conveniently located in all the spots that I needed to be on my trip. I’ve stayed at that hotel before in the past before it was owned by the Davenport and they used to have a indoor pool and hot tub. I would highly suggest bringing back the indoor hot tub

I was located in a room that was facing towards the lobby, which was totally fine however at 7 AM in the morning when the music in the lobby went on, you definitely could hear that loudly in my room. I would suggest waiting to start the music till later in the morning and orpossibly putting on different types of more soothing music.

Mold growing in ceiling fan. Weird smell in room when first checked in. I had to open the balcony door and air it out. I've stayed at this hotel several times in past. First time I had issue with cleanliness of room . Room was also smaller than I expected.
