I did not appreciate the change in the breakfast charge AFTER I booked. When I chose my room, I chose the option for breakfast to be included, but, when I got there, it was an additional charge. Other than that, it was super clean, the bed was soft, and it was a 5min walk to the Podium.

Staff missed the opportunity multiple times to provide support, rather offering only “upgrades” to accommodate basic requests. It was really disappointing.
The hotel staff had zero control over people in the lobby and halls until the late hours. Lead to an unpleasant stay and worse night sleep.
