The staff was rude, the room was dirty, no TV. And ... .they ripped me off charging me $100 for supposedly smoking in room. Worthless Indians !! Would love to string them up and tan their hides.

My child enjoyed the indoor heated pool & jacuzzi. When we first arrived to room, it seemed neat and cleaned well.
Negatives:
Some workers were rude, my room wasn’t ready and then I was switched to another room where the shower head was broken and then I got switched to another room where the microwave was broken but just ended up staying in there because I was tired of moving from room to room. I didn’t like how they lock the doors at 10pm and a worker with attitude had to open the door once we rung the doorbell. During my stay, I went to check on breakfast (it’s from 7-9am) and there wasn’t much set on the tables at 8am. I also wasn’t aware until I got to the hotel room that a $100 deposit was required.

Positives:
we woke up at 9:45 and there was no breakfast. it was over, so that was disappointing. Especially for my elderly mom.
Negatives:
Should be more than just one chair in a room with two beds. One person has to sit on the bed while the other can sit in a chair. One of our rooms reeked of cleaning supply (Lysol/Pine-sol) so bad we had to open the window for quite a while to air it out. One lamp did not have a light bulb in it so i went to the front desk. No one was there so i "borrowed" one from one of the lamps in the lobby.

Positives:
The location was great. The hotel is down the street from the casino. Not too far from gas stations and restaurants. Staff were incredibly helpful. They have an indoor pool/hot tub. The beds were comfortable as well.
Negatives:
I expected a better breakfast. They had the waffle set up; however not many choices of juice {only orange). They had no eggs or breakfast meats. No muffins and breads. Overall breakfast did not meet my expectation.
