We were concerned by some of the reviews that said about the homeless in the area but it wasnt bad or scary. The only issue was the room we had was damaged and had a bad ant problem and we had to move to a new room

Amber "in training" was a highlight to our stay. She provided us with excellent service and was helpful in finding a place to have dinner. She provided hospitality that warmed my heart. Breakfast and coffee was great both days. The room was awesome and very comfy.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the one item we didn't like, the staff had minimal ability to change. There was a large amount of young people staying in the hotel, thus the hot tub was gross on Saturday night. I brought this to the staff attention Sunday afternoon. That night the hot tub was considerably cleaner but still very disappointing.

Location was quiet for being on such a busy street.

3 people stayed for 3 nights. Our rooms were never cleaned and towels were not refreshed. The pool did not have towels.
