Negatives: Because you guys did pay them for the booking, they refused to let us checking for a long period of time. Almost midnight, tired from trip. There is no solution what so ever. Why? Where is the customer service? We asked them and you to cancel the reservation so we can book ourselves because there is no solution at the time. You guys refused to call them but sent them email( even refused to talk to them when I handed the phone to them while I am on the call with you guys, the hotel wanted you guys to call because their manager not in and they don’t have the way to get to their email! It is a no way out for me while I already paid for the hotel, the one who suffered during this stupidity. This is unacceptable in my opinion from both of you guys. Why customers have to suffer?

Positives: Receptionist on arrival (Marlene?) was friendly.
Negatives: Heater was LOUD, blankets were thin, one bed was lumpy, shower took several minutes before hot water came in, door to room was dented in several places (why??), so many amenities bolted down, very few plugs in the room, popcorn ceiling, sketchy location. Outdoor pool and hot tub were so sad looking.
