Positives:
For the period I needed to stay, the only point to be considered was the price compared to other hotels in the region.
Negatives:
The room was dirty, the headboard was utterly dusty. I complained and asked reception for better cleaning, but it didn't help. In addition, there was trash on the floor when I checked in, and even after I requested it, the trash wasn't removed. The cleaning and maintenance of the room is terrible. Breakfast is horrible, they didn't even offer eggs.
For those who have respiratory problems such as asthma, sinusitis, rhinitis, and allergies, I do not recommend it.

The staff provided good service, and the rooms were sufficient. The fitness facilities were great as well, and we really enjoyed that.
Negatives:
The breakfast options could be way better. We didn't appreciate the lack of protein options on the menu, such as eggs, bacon, sausage links, etc. Having some of these options would have topped it off for us.

Convenient location right off I5. Pet friendly, with a grassy area on the side of the building. Nice staff. Free, plentiful parking.
Negatives:
Downside of the convenient location is the highway noise. The room was a bit shabby. Lightbulb dead, microwave on its last legs, very few outlets. My dog found a previous pet's kibble or some droppings in the edges of the carpet.
As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel great taking my dog out at night. There is a Lot Cop security tower in the parking lot and posted warnings to not leave belongings in cars. It's right next to the freeway on-ramp and it seems like there may be folks passing by often.
