Motel 6-Tacoma WA - South

Negatives: No fridge. Office staff didn't program my room key properly. I stayed for 3 days but was "locked out " after one day. The light over the sink flickered for all three days. I was given a parking pass.

Negatives: Ice machine wasn't convenient to get to especially in the evening, it was a bit sketchy outside!

Negatives: The fact that you only take chip cards and you took my money and I have to wait 4 to 5 days to get my money back

Negatives: They could not find my reservation through booking.com ended up paying $123 refuse to honor my ingested reservation that the following day again trying to charge me the same amount which I feel the people who work for that hotel are getting over it was supposed to be $80 and how did they have a contract with you guys are they not able to find the reservation the manager was passive aggressive and disregarded the issue then her daughter started yelling saying that I was being rude to her mom there's a lot of young girls that don't know what the hell they're doing seems to be her daughter's friend or her relatives young girls that are not aware of their job or showing capability and too much goddamn makeup they would be great at a brothel or a bartender at a strip club pretty smile and Limited knowledge do the job they're performing I feel like I'm going to have a stroke over questions and concerns

Negatives: Not the fault of the facilty, per say, (but, typical of this type of motel) there were many noisey guests that made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

Negatives: There almost no amenities and the toilet had to be stopped running by lifting the tank lid and manually dropping the flapper

Negatives: our room was not clean. the floors did not get swept or mopped the room smelled horrible and the bathroom did not look cleaned. burn holes and stains all over the sheets.
