Was told pick up will arrival in 15 minutes. but waited one hour and half at airport for pick up. After multiple calls and the pick up shuttle finally came.

No soap, felt unsafe, had to request clean bedding in the beginning, and only thing felt clean was towels and wash cloths. Old shampoo bottle from previous people was used to wash hands because they didn't have any soap etc.

I liked the waffles, sugar free syrup, fruit, juice, toast, clean linen, clean bed, toiletries, microwave, refrigerator, and clean bathroom.
Negatives:
The walls around the vanity countertop were dirty. Staff tampered with items in my room and stole from my bag. They searched my room and belongings while I was out of my room and stole from me. This was a poor service.

Location very close to the airport. Person at night was kind.
Negatives:
There was no parking. I had to park on a curb in a rental car. The sink had no handle to turn on the water. There were blood stains on the chair in the room. The woman who checked us out couldn’t have been more miserable. I even complimented her ring to try and get her to smile and couldn’t. The smell of weed and cigarettes was everywhere despite being non smoking to the point where our clothes smelt like it at check out.

Poor service, bad staff attitude. Wr made the reservation and when we arrived the receptionist was laughing sarcastically and told us that they had too many guests from the airport so we don't have the room anymore. And she even mentioned that she will cancel teh reservation without any charge, of course it should be of no charge since we showed up but it was there fault that we wasn't able to stay.
