Positives:
Great location an awesome staff. Right off the highway so easy to get around. Southcenter and the movie theater is right there so its nice for easy planning. Multiple restaurants in the area.
Negatives:
In the beginning it was just the wifi i couldnt connect on my xbox, second was we found a cockroach in the bathroom in the evening and a bigger one that i captured for the staff to see in the morning.

Literally everything it was loud, the toilets didnt flush and the bathroom light wouldnt turn on. There was zero water pressure and it smelt like a cigarette when we got in the room. It was so disgusting we slept fully dressed on top of the blankets.
Negatives:
Location was pretty poor, but most of all it was just dirty. Shower was filthy, hair everywhere. And the "breakfast..." What a joke. Stale prepackaged muffins and granola bars. That was it. Horrible.
