first of all the most important thing that bothered me and dodnot know bacause was not mentioned when i booked the hotel is the 15 dollars for parking!.Didn’t like colors of the rooms . didn’t like the smell of sewage in the bathroom. didn’t like the tub since no hose for the shower head . didn’t like not having laundry bags. didn’t like having no table to set at in the room. didn’t like the service for breakfast buffets . not enough staff and all the food all chuffed in one corner with not much choices for such a hotel and my coffee was served cold and staff are overwhelmed they forget about our water. got seated in hight chair and was difficult for my 7 year old daughter to get in and out of the table.

Recommended and a regular customer...

Rooms comfortable; even though I would have liked a view of Mt Rainier like we did on our first visit (when they first opened up), we at least had a view of the mall. Love that it's close to the airport and next door to the mall, close to Costco. I like they don't have valet parking anymore but at times, parking looked scarce. Liked they started complimentary breakfast; food was ok.
Negatives:
I have been to many hotels that serve complimentary breakfast, Hotel Interurban needs to visit those hotels. The staff would best serve the customers to refill the drinks and clean the tables if they were not passing out plates. It would be even better all around if the drinks were self serve and one person was at the hostess stand to hand out the plates. We had to wait to get drink refills, even to the point, we had to go to them staff to ask for refill. They also need to reconfigure the seating area and use part of the lobby for more seating.

The location was great, room was large and modern. Bathroom was top of the line, even had a weight scale. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was so good! I was only going to get coffee but when I saw the food I had to try. Excellent!

Only two things I didn’t like. The furnace was a bit loud and came on randomly, but was fine once you get used to it. Parking was awful! Luckily I got a parking spot up front but had to drive around. The side lot was full so only other place I saw was way in back, dark covered lot. Only door is front so glad I didn’t have to walk that at night. Other than that I would definitely give it a 5 star. Would stay here again. Suggestion would be to have a shuttle to take to mall, since its so close but not really within walking distance.
