Location, we checked out early, and they did refund 1 nite.
Negatives:
Bare necessities, 2 people, and 1 SMALL tube of shampoo/ conditioner. Nothing in the room like coffee or pot or a cup or a glass. Every little thing had to be requested. 3 pillows, should have been 2 per person. 1 very thin blanket. 1 chair in an extended stay for 2 people.

Not impressed. Lots of questionable people frequent this hotel with visible drug use problems. Glad our lock worked.

We had no toilet paper and when we requested a roll we were told the entire hotel is out. No solution offered.
Upon check in we were given a dirty room and had to move rooms to a different floor.
No shampoo or soap available in the new room.
Breakfast was a joke; burnt coffee and a packet of oatmeal.
