Staff was rude. It was loud. The staff did not take care of my complaints about the constant stomping for two days straight upstairs.

The window shade was on an electric button, which didn't work. So the black out shade would go down and so it was only the see thru one. When I called down to the front desk, she said "yeah, that's always a problem ".
Then there was 2 dogs across the hall barking non stop. When I asked if we could change rooms...she said no. And also there's no sound barrier within the shared room doors, and next room was a full large family with lots of kids jumping off the beds and yelling. Overall very loud all night and started off again around 6am.

Our room had dirty bedding thrown in the bottom of the large cabinet, the toilet had poop skids in it when walked in and there were a few blood spots on the fabric shower curtain.
