The location of the hotel next to the mall was convenient. The bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. Breakfast was adequate.

Check-in guy said he assigned wrong room. Key worked only first night. Nobody at desk to fix it, she was in parking lot with her boyfriend. Room not cleaned on Sunday. Sink drained very slowly. WiFi does NOT work well.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was bright and spacious. Quiet atmosphere. Friendly breakfast attendant. Very clean

The hotel was wonderful, however the neighborhood could have been better. I didn't feel unsafe at all but there was a lot of graffiti within the area. Would have liked to have plain bagels.

They got the room ready early for me so I could make it to my nephews wedding on time
Negatives:
Too many kids in the pool. Not really anyone's fault. Just was a busy weekend is all.
