This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was sticky, the sheets was stained, the hotel staff was unfriendly, we found dirty cloths left behind by previous guests, not enough parking, the odor of the hotel was horrible. worst experience I have had
Price was good. Lots of food within walking distance.
The parking. We had a truck and trailer and had to park at Safeway and walk back to the hotel. My husband has COPD and that walk was difficult for him.
I appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet friendly.
Although the hotel was billed as pet friendly, there is no where to walk your dog. The hotel grounds are covered in crushed lava rock, and they're surrounded by an asphalt desert. When the weather is hot, there is no where to go.
Hallway smell Ants in room Floor had lots of dips Water pressure awful
Had no TV and stuff would not come to fix I asked 5times that was what I wanted to do is relax and watch TV
The staff was very helpful and kind.
Hotel was very run down. Had to ask for a different room due to noise and partying by other guest.
Nothing at all
Management staff are idiots, cant even tell you the guidelines they have in place.____ Do not go here. Rude, stinks, rip you off
The staff was nice and tried to be as helpful as they could.
The hotel offered kitchenette but offered no pots, pans, plates, bowls or silverware. The room smelted horrible. The doors were broken. I would not feel safe leave my wife and children in this place alone without me.
Outdated tv. The room had ants
Beds are comfortable. Location is great. I've stayed there several times and have had good experiences.
New management. I had problems with the reservation which I tried to resolve. They were rude and not helpful. New unofficial rules about visitors. Hot water got shut off. They said I would get a discount. Instead I got charged more.
The bed was not clean. Pulled blanket back big wet spot in middle of bed. Asked for a refund because did not stay the night. Front desk person said she would refund me and didn’t get my refund
Everything you need is within 2-3 blocks and it has the freeway right there as well I-5 and 205
It's out dated
Pool was closed
Proximity to the highway, fuel station and food
My room was dirty upon check in. Garbage wrappers and a plastic clothing hanger on the floor and first night found a peanut in my sheets going to bed. Also, the young woman staff at the check in desk consistantly has a bad attitude.
