Bedding is not good. Fitted sheet does not fit. Comforter barely covers the bed. Holes in block out drapes. The reason for being there is to get a good night's sleep. Looking nice is good but a comfortable bed is more important. Hopefully this is not common in all of your rooms but since I had an up-graded room I expected better,Good location,

The manager was very nice with directions. I had asked for a 2 queen bed with a river view but it was not available so I was upgrade3d to a suite. Very nice!

My room was not cleaned. I was told that I needed to hang a request form on the door but did not receive the form at check in. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and coffee. I should have been offered an adjustment on my bill, but that was not offered.
