I stayed an extra night and they let us use the same room where we didnt have move rooms and it was nice and comfortable i was gladit had all the washing commiteries and we used the hot tub it was nice and relaxing went swimming too the pool was heated but could of been a little warmer it was like getting into luke warm bath it was nice to sit in the hot tub and relax.

The cards turn off the day we was supposed to check out before we checked out and it wasnt check out time yet till 12 but we left at 9 couldnt get back into the rooms with the cards we had

It was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was very nice and the stations were well maintained. The room was very comfortable. I brought my dog and the room was well located to take him out. Thanks!
Negatives:
There was a delay at the time of check in due to computer issues. On a separate occasion I made arrangements for an extension of one hour at check out and there was miscommunication with the desk the day of check out. Arrangements were not communicated to the staff so I received a call on my way back to the hotel from my conference asking about checking out. Staff acknowledged later they were able to find the information written down on the previous day. Staff seemed nice and he, it just seemed like they could have used some support at the front desk. Thank you!
