Positives:
Loved the view and balcony, access to walking path. The bed and bedding were comfortable. TV was good size.
We arrived late and left early, so not have a lot of time at property.
Negatives:
The food was not appealing. I usually eat healthy and low carb, low fat. We went out for good coffe and real half and half when we left.
At late arrival the desk clerk was overworked with three people in line and the phone kept ringing.

Check in and Check out went flawless. Breakfast was busy, had plenty of seating and food to go around. A couple softball teams were there same time, they were respectful and efficient as well as breakfast too. Rooms were cleans. Beds were firm, possibly fairly new and not broke in. Stayed on bottom floor, had access to the green grass out back for the dogs. Along with beautiful scenery of the Yakima river as the sun set. Let's not forget to shout of the amazing authentic Mexican restaurant with unique bar and outdoor seating in the same parking lot, walking distance.
Negatives:
People smoking on the patios, and throwing cigarette butts over the side into the grass.

Heater and minifridge in our room were so noisy we unplugged the fridge. We couldn't hear voices, but we could hear people walking in the room above us,

The breakfast was good and the staff kept the breakfast area clean.

The king size bed was very low to the floor and made it difficult to get out of if your a tall person.
The floor above the rooms are wood and not carpet, Making a lot of noise from foot steps.

Positives:
The hotel was clean and quiet, and we had a room with a view of the river. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the bed lamp with USB charge ports, two switches and two lights, excellent for travelers sleeping in different beds.
Negatives:
Would be nice to have more restaurants within walking distance, but that's a tiny nitpick, and being right on the river would have been a big bonus, except that the weather was very cold and windy at the time.

The bed was very comfortable. Love the rooms on the river. Very nice, clean room. The shower was awesome! Nice, full force of water!

With the floors vinyl instead of carpet I could hear people walking overhead and snoring. Also, the ice maker down the hall ran loudly off and on all night.
