Positives: The location was good. It was very clean.

Negatives: The pool was extremely hot and humid beyond a normal indoor pool. Like you’ll sweat as if in a sauna while watching your kids swim. Breakfast was indeed NOT free. I contacted booking.com immediately to tell them that breakfast was not provided and also showed the hotel staff the listing on booking.com. The hotel staff blamed booking for the listing. Booking told me that the hotel would refund a partial amount. No refund has been issued. It’s been nearly 3 weeks.
