Ramada by Wyndham Yakima

Negatives: Well I already said what I didn't like

Negatives: Construction, right after check in a Construction worker yelled at my family. Breakfast was bland, and the never had OJ I wish they would stock up the utensils

Negatives: THIS PLACE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Which is ok but there was ZERO mention of this on booking.com or the Wyndham Ramada website. Not a great surprise! One room’s window was completely blocked with plastic and the other looked right into scaffolding. It seems they can’t separate the construction from usable rooms? Noise was not so bad, we were gone most of the day, but at least they did not start until around 0800. Access was limited for coming and going And this hotel HAS A DIFFERENT NAME than advertised which led to a lot of circling around the area looking for a Ramada when in fact it is now a QUINTA hotel - again zero mention of this when booking. There are no signs anywhere that this is/was a Wyndham Ramada! We found food in one fridge in the room leftover from the previous guest and the light switches were sticky with something red. One room had advertised a king bed plus couch. No couch. Sliding barn door for bathroom is awful and weird?

Negatives: Staff not very friendly, seemed preoccupied. When we first arrived, staff, was there, but busy, at first, not sure, maybe a shift change, but not even an acknowledgement, or hello. Finally one of the two said hello, and checked me in. We left for dinner and returned, and although someone was there, they didn't say hello, or look up and smile, we decided to go for a swim, and no one was there, but saw the gal, so I went over to her, asked for towels, she came and gave us towels. At checkout , I put stuff in car, came in, no one there, but I could hear talking, two were putting away the breakfast supplies, I said aloud while at the desk, I am ready to check out, finally a gal came out, not even a good morning, asked if I wanted my receipt, I said yes please. I told her thank you, have a good day

Negatives: Hotel under remodel / construction. no notice, never mentioned. full premium price. no hot water, no in room phone service. came . first morning maintenance came and discovered shower plumbed backwards

Negatives: The pool and hot tub were cold

Negatives: Look like a construction site.

Negatives: They were renovating the entire hotel at the time which made for activity happening at various sites on the premise. However, they managed it very well.

Negatives: Over charged and lied to as to why my bill was 30 $ more than the previous night . When confronted that the price per room did not go up because auss new years she changed her story and it was my fault . It was my fault for believe the lie the manager told me and still gas lights me and says it was my fault. She has no shame in charging ting to me and why I was k er charged 30 . I wanted to say she poked the money. The whole thing was sketchy but happy new years .

Negatives: The construction on the remodel was noisy and bothersome.
