Negatives: The website says the pools open but it wasn't. The air conditioning didn't work at 1st and after they fixed it it was soooo loud. TV & room phone didn't work. It took more than an hour for clean towels. It was horrible!

Positives: Nothing at all I called front desk for a wake up call because there was no alarm clock in my room and after checkout the red Lion tried telling me I was going to get charged for a missing alarm clock there was never a clock in my room when I checked in
Negatives: Yes they need to really need to apologize for false accusing me of taking an alarm clock when there never was one in my room I called the front desk for a wake up because Ii had no clock in my room
