Negatives: Room we're dirty. Dirty bed, floor, seat.

Negatives: No discount for long timing stay.

Negatives: First room was infested with bed bugs. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Told front desk staff about it, moved me to a new room. Failed to mention it to other staff members.

Negatives: The turn across traffic to get to the hotel. This isn't their fault.

Negatives: Cleanliness. Carpets were dirty. Bathroom was not good either.

Negatives: The bathtub had NOT BEEN CLEANED! It had body hair and soap scum, so I did not bathe in it. No elevator. I informed the clerk of a syrup trail on the stairs and it was still there 40 minutes later. I'm sure this was an understaffing issue. The "hot breakfast" was a joke-- no eggs, bacon or sausage, except in the gravy, which I dislike. The bed covering was just a white sheet...not a duvet or bedspread.

Negatives: In need of an update and deep cleaning

Negatives: Being woke up at 8am from house keeping beating on the door

Negatives: The place is filthy. No bathroom condiments such as soap. Will never stay here again. Plus the staff here are very rude and obnoxious.

Negatives: Shower had no stable temperature. TV looked fuzzy. Thin walls.

Negatives: Oh my, we walked i, greeted with a hello. Got our keys and walked up dirty concrete steps. Opened the door, was greeted with the smell of death in the doorway. Beds has stained blankets, walked in the bathroom there was a huge black ring around the tub. The floors haven't been vacuumed in weeks. The shower was always a surprise ,hot the cold then hit again. The tub did not drain properly. So you stood in dirty water while you showered. The breakfast smelt like fireworks were burning, the smell of sulfur filled the air where it should be waffles cooking. There was NO housekeeping at all although in the ams you seen 5 people standing by the cleaning carts. I've seen two drug deals go down by employees. One was a housekeeper and one named Donna the front desk clerk. The only reason we ended up staying was because NOTHING else was available,because it was parents weekend at the college. But at least there were no bugs.

Negatives: Booking.com booked our stay for a different weekend so if it wasn't for the gentlemen working the front desk I don't know what we would have done

Negatives: The rooms need a deep clean. Walking on the rugs felt dirty. The breakfast needs more variety. The tube didn’t drain well.

Negatives: I made the reservation, i called the hotel asking for a late check in. They said they would make a note. I was still given a call, asking if we were coming. Told the lady we were still coming that i would see her in 20-30 minutes. Got to the hotel THE SAME WOMAN was at the desk, i told her that i had just talked to her, she said no. How were you not? When you literally told me you were the only there for yhe past three hours? Check in was horrible. Got to the room it was disgusting. Urine staines on the bed. Sunflower seed hulls in the bathroom sink, a used pad in the bathroom trash an old sock under the bed, the tv cable was broken in the TV, only sheets on the bed, no blankets, hair stuck to shower wall. Called front desk about it, literally said, sorry cant help you and hung up. Worst experience ever. Will never stay again.
