The beds were very comfortable, with clean sheets and a light blanket. The towels were clean and fluffy. There was a very nice minifridge with separate freezer in our room, which we really appreciated. We are on a long road trip, so being able to keep food and ice cold enough overnight is helpful.
Negatives:
There was no access to our room from the parking lot that was reasonably convenient with heavy luggage, given that my husband has mobility issues and walks with a cane. Our room was near the back of the building, and there was parking back there, but there was no cover from the cold pelting rain, and there was a flight of about five or six steps up to the back door! Coming in after dark in the rain, we felt we had to come in through the lobby, which took two trips with all our luggage and then our two small dogs. This wasn't the fault of the staff--the facility just was not set up to be easily accessible for people with a lot of luggage and mobility challenges. Because a number of other people came in a the same time, I felt anxious and embarrassed that we were taking so long to unload, and taking up space others needed, too, to unload and come in.
