The hotel and lobby smelled like cigarettes. The room and bathroom were dirty. Bed covers were dirty. There were burn holes in the sheets. The chair in the room was broken and had a stain on it that appeared like perhaps someone urinated on it.
During breakfast front desk staff handle complaints by another client about her room being dirty wasn't very professional.
