Not much, the lady who assisted with breakfast was nice although she wouldn’t let us make our own waffles lol!

Everything, so dirty and outdated. Like super dirty, especially the first room they tried to put us in, it smelled of straight cigarettes. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The second room although outdated as well was a bit cleaner. The hotel in general just needs a total renovation, like 20 years ago! I would have took a total loss and went somewhere else had it not been 12 at night when we arrived. Also the front desk lady was out side smoking a lot, by the entrance I might add which did not smell pleasant.

outside door locks were broken, had that "im and old hotel" smell. bed was lumpy. very outdated. had to change rooms 3 times. even the 3rd room had an issue with the toilet running. good think I know plumbing.

The staff is Outstanding here! Managers, Brie, Jessica, and I can't remember the other lady's name, they all should be highly commended.
They showed my Daughter and me the utmost kindness and consideration. We will never forget these ladies. Your Best is at Bluefield Quality Inn Conference Center!

The place was run down, pool was closed, curtains were half way hung up, water was leaking through the ceiling into our bathroom, black mold was in our bathroom, the list goes on and on.

I wouldn’t stay there again. It was very rundown and not well maintained.

The room i stayed in stunk terrible, nasty, paint peeling off walls in areas of room. If it wasn't for my husband's funeral I would not have stayed, didn't have choice. I had to go to store and buy febreeze to b able to handle the smell. The ice machine was broken. No ice. This trip was the worst I have ever stayed in.
