Upon entering the lobby, I was impressed — the space was clean, welcoming, and gave a great first impression.
Negatives:
- The bed had black dust/debris scattered across it, which was unsettling.
- The shower had hair on the floor and walls, clearly not cleaned before our arrival.
- The sink contained an unidentifiable substance that made it feel unsanitary.
I took photos to document these issues, as they were impossible to overlook. While the lobby set the tone for a pleasant stay, the lack of cleanliness in the room was disappointing and made it difficult to feel comfortable.

Asked for room near elevator and not at end of the hall. Two doors from the end of the hall. Not what I requested.

Room assigned was not cleaned from previous guests. Had to go back and request a New assigned room was smelly. Both TVs do not work. Outlet does not work. Shower was weak. Soaps were empty. Not even an ink canister in the pen to write a note thus an email! Receptionist refused to print me a copy of my receipt! How can they be held accountable if third party has to print a receipt!

The air conditioning worked great, the pool was open late, big variety for breakfast.

We only had two towels for four people and no wash cloths upon arrival, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and our room was right beside the four lane so all I heard was traffic all night.
