Pleasant
Positives:
We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast is good as well.
Negatives:
The only negative that we experienced on this trip was the fact that we used electronic check in the night before we arrived and selected Room 106 specifically because it was on the first floor, was not a connecting room and was next to the guest laundry. However, upon our arrival at the hotel we discovered from our electronic key that we had been moved to room 108, which was a connecting room with a noisy family next door. I am not certain what the advantage of electronic checkin and room selection is if the hotel is not going to honor your choices.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was excellent with alot of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Negatives:
The breakfast selection was excellent but the eggs, sausage and potatoes were cold.

room size was nice - location was great - many things nearby or closely nearby - given a first floor room which was convenient. Parking was generous

Breakfast was horrible and with few choices - it was obvious that they have been cutting costs with the breakfast. Our room was by an exit door and heard slamming door at all hours - Beds were the hardest I have EVER laid on - a week later and my back is still a mess
