Positives:
Staff was really friendly. The hotel owner sent a gift to our room for our granddaughters which we thought was very thoughtful. We loved the pool and the bird (Abby) in the lobby was a big hit with our granddaughters.

Positives:
We love the pool and Jacuzzi spa. And the design that having the restroom and shower inside the pool room is thus far the best I've seen among the holiday inn indoor pool facilities.
Just for this reason alone, we would love to stay here again!
Negatives:
Breakfast finishes at 9 30am, so never had a chance to try.
There's no real closet in the room, nor a little table and chair besides the desk and office chair. Been to many IHG holiday inns, this room we stayed seems bit crowded.
