Positives:
Staff was pleasant for the most part. (Breakfast staff gets hyper over the prepaid Breakfast) The coating around the pool area was very nice. The size of the pool area was really nice as well. The room was spacious and a descent location.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk was very nice and informative about what the hotel had to offer. I was under the impression that we prepaid for our breakfast during check-in. We went to visit friends and eat and returned to the hotel to soak in the hot tub. The jets on the hot tub didn't work and the handrail was missing. The next morning we went down for breakfast and the lady asked if we paid for breakfast with our room, which I said yes. (Again, I thought that was taken care of when we checked in). Instead of the lady just telling us there appears to be an issue she kept asking about tickets and what our room number was. All while we were trying to eat our breakfast and get a game plan for the 7 hr. drive a head of us. I finally asked my husband to go to the front desk and find out what was going on. Come to find out they didn't add the breakfast when we checked in. Holiday really needs to either include it with the room or have it standard that you bill breakfast to the room because getting harassed during our meal is not what we would call a pleasant experience.

Worse though, no foliage & NO trees around the bldg or parking areas.

Breakfast is not provided with the room, a 100% reason to book elsewhere in the future.

The staff wonderful and so nice everything was clean and fresh loved the little things as well the beds are sooooo comfy the pool and spa great and the wellness center had everything i will defiantly stay here again anytime i have training and the location for me was spot on the learning center is 4mins away so yeah ill be staying again and again

The staff at the facility was incredible, going above and beyond our expectations. The supervisor, Mary was such a wonderful resource. The room was clean and comfortable, kudos to the housekeeping staff. The lobby was very nice and the pool/hot tub area were a highlight.

The carpeting in the hallways had a slightly unpleasant odor. The only significant complaint we have is the cost of breakfast. Despite being informed while booking through Booking.com that breakfast was included, it was not. We paid an additional charge to be able to enjoy the full breakfast, which was unexpected.
