The room was dirty. There was dead bugs everywhere. Robin Griffin (General Manager) was rude to my cousin whom had booked a room earlier in the day and she called the hotel to see if she could reserve the room with her credit card because hotels were sold out. Robin Griffin wouldn't let my cousin speak when she was asking about reserving the room with her credit card to hold it til we made it there. And told my cousin that she couldn't come there cause she was trying to pay with a credit card over the phone. And Robin Griffin cancelled my cousins reservation. My cousin was treated so unfair and treated like dirt even though my cousin was trying to be nice and respectful. But Robin told her that she wasn't renting her a room . And when I called to see if I could get a refrigerator for my room or upgrade (I said I would pay extra) Robin said im sorry about your bad luck. What kind of customer service is that? I am diabetic and need to refrigerate my insulin and I explained that to her and she tells me sorry about your bad luck. If Red Roof keeps this lady on staff, no one will want to come there with that kind of poor customer service. and just because my cousins husband was dropping things off to me later in the night Robin asked who he was and he showed her his id..and she called the police and made me leave (even though I was paid up for 3 more nights. I had to work the next morning , look for another hotel...pack my things in and out at 12 midnight . ROBIN GRIFFIN , if you see this ---just know I will let everyone know just how rude and arrogant you are. and not to come to Red Roof in Kanawha City...

LOCATION TO WHERE WE NEEDED TO BE WAS GREAT AND IT WAS NEAR THE HIGHWAY.
Negatives:
THE BEDDING WAS CLEAN BUT THE FLOORS AND DUSTING COULD HAVE BEEN ALOT BETTER. I GUESS OVERALL FOR WHAT IT WAS IT WAS TO BE EXPECTED SO I WILL SAY THAT IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE. CONSIDERING TO TIME IT WORKED.
