Negatives: Checking in. Lost my reservation between booking and the hotel. Took 1.5 hours. Finally had to cancel and check in, but took awhile to the rate I had from my original reservation from booking.

Positives: The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and comfortable.
Negatives: The door handle was difficult to get into the room. I had to call the front desk and they came down. They said I had to hold it up in order to get into the room. I had a handicap room and even with the shower curtain closed. There was water all over the room, which made it very dangerous for people who are handicap. Also, I had to call the front desk to find out where they are located because there are no real signs until you got right up to the property and then the sign looked as if it were like a 10 x 10 which is difficult to see.

Positives: staff was very friendly and the rooms had everything we needed for our stay.
Negatives: the blankets and sheets were dirty, stained, etc. toilet was disgusting and roaches were coming in and out like they owned the place.
