I was traveling with my elderly parents and grandson!!! I booked room a week in advance and they chose to let me know the day of my reservation they canceled it and so my family had no place to stay on our trip home from vacation

Positives: Friendly staff, good water pressure and air conditioner in rooms.

Negatives: Poor signage, difficult to find from the road (even in daylight), room in need of repair (peeling paint/mold), no free coffee as advertised, hardest bed I ever tried to sleep in, totally false advertising regarding handicapped accessible rooms. Multiple were available and could be booked. I paid $30 more/night to have one on the first floor…got to property and was told they there was “really only one” and someone was coming in with a wheelchair and I couldn’t have it. Not acceptable.
