When I booked I booked a double bed for family of 3 with child arrival was told I booked a king and was charged 30 plus more dollars for a dirty room
I used this hotel because it is close to family but I will never use again ended up leaving a day early after traveling 14 hours

Terrible hospitality not pleased

The staff was rude. He tried to charge us a 150.00 dollar deposit. When are room had done been paid for. We paid in advance a week earlier. The room had not been cleaned properly there was a lunch cake laying in the bathroom floor. The carpet was filthy. The pillows are flat & worn out. The hot water kept getting cold while taking a shower. The refrigerator stops working it will be cold then warm. The Ac or heat didn't work properly it would shut off & not turn back on. There was no towels in are room at all & when we ask for some the guy didn't want to give us any. We will not be back

I didn't like how the guy at counter slept behind it and when he got up scratching his sack like he was home, and some random hoe was try to bump a ride as well as midnight someone was trying to get in our room, while we were sleeping, found out the area is known for trafficking

The sheets were dirty and we had to find someone and ask for clean sheets. My husband and I changed the sheets on both beds. There were tons of flies right outside of our room. The air conditioning didn’t work.
