Very friendly staff, nice large suite. We encountered some rough weather, called the front desk to explain our situation. The front desk manager graciously checked in and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.
Negatives:
Our plumbing stopped working and our bathroom door had a huge crack and was beginning to come apart. The tv needed to be reset each time we wanted to watch it.

The couch cushions stained and so was the pull out mattress to couch! The handicap accessible rooms do not need tubs just a walk in shower with safety bars. Bathroom when couple staying needs 2 washcloths 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels for each person!

The locks and key cards did not work well. The tv wasnt working (no signal; check antenna connection). Toilet would run every couple minutes all night. No help from front desk when I reported problems.
