Positives: NOTHING!!
Negatives: Everything!! Receptionist was a jerk, yelling at me before even checnking in.

Positives: Room was clean, very small but clean, fridge and microwave was a nice addition.
Negatives: Very noisy, I got a 6 am wake up call when i didn't want one and the reason I got the room was so I could get some sleep. Very angry about the wake up call. Rooms very small and noisy.

Positives: The price was affordable.
Negatives: Room size was small, compared to the pictures advertised. Also bugs were able to get in the room from the open spaces in the door frame. Staff gave keys to the room I booked to other people and had to tell those people the room was occupied.
