Everything. Switched to 3 different just excepted the last one. Was tired and need sleep. I have pictures of all the issues. The rooms smelled of a strong, door to the bathroom was severally damaged floors where dirty and hair in the sink. 1st room only

Location was great and all staff were very friendly & helpful.
Negatives:
The room had a very odd smell. We had to open our window which I don’t like doing at hotels. I struggled with the cleanliness rating because the surfaces & bathroom was clean but the carpet was terrible. It smelled bad & was stained everywhere. That alone makes a room feel unsanitary.

Breakfast was disappointing, being on a low carb diet there was nothing for me to eat. When I checked in the girl behind the desk, flat out, lied to me. Another gentleman walked in as a walk-in and his price was way lower than my price that I just booked online. And when I inquired, she was saying a bunch of rumblings and then she said oh it’s because we give a hospital discount. The gentleman happened to mention that he was coming to visit his brother at the hospital. The toilet was broken. I had to lift the cover to flush the toilet because the chain was broke. The carpets were extremely stained. The chair upholstery was falling apart.

The front desk staff on the day we checked out were very pleasant and friendly

We paid way too much for the quality of hotel. There were holes and stains on our curtains that didn't even hang correctly. Stains all over the floors, the lotion bottle was half gone when we arrived and there was a used bottle of shampoo on the top corner of the shower when we got there that proves that the shower was not cleaned properly. The faucet handle to the bathroom sink was disgusting (there was dirt all over it)! We didn't feel it was safe to utilize the hot tub or swimming pool due to the yellowish green color of the water! The bath towels smelled like chlorine.
