Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The women who were cleaning the rooms were EXTREMELY LOUD in the morning. They were complaining about life and work so loudly that all could be heard in the entire hallway! I've never heard anything like that in any of my stays!
Also, tub/shower functioned well, but could use an update.

My brother lives in Martinsburg and has a fatal disease. My sisters and i visit a couple timea a year and this is where we stay and have stayed for the last 5-6 years. Its always pleasant and i dont want to stay anywhere else. All but this time has the staff always been very happy to see us and always welcoming. The front desk girl this time wasnt what i was use to. Maybe she was having a bad day. One time would not deter my future stays. I am in the hotel business myself working for Great Wolf Lodge, so i understand a bad day! Thank you Holiday Inn Martinsburg WV. Its nice to have a friendly place to go after an emotional day with my brother.

Check in was a matter of me showing my license and in less than a minute we had our key cards and were on our way. The staff was very friendly, and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Even when they came in to tidy up the next day, they did a great job and the room really looked good. I was very happy with our stay. I prefer a Holiday inn as I've never had a bad experience, this time was no exception!
