Front desk staff was friendly. Parking was ample and safe.

There was only coffee, no breakfast. The elevator was out of commission. The water stains in the shower were unappealing.

When I went there they told me they don't take locals. I was not aware of that and they stuck me on a specific floor for locals. It was dirty, paint missing on walls, drywall patches, dirt on the floors, sheets had spots on them... disgusting.

Exterior lights weren't even on when we arrived. I had to ask if they were open. They complied and said the timer was off.
Smell in the hallway.
By the stairwell that said no smoking but the nicotine knocked you over!!
Had to ask for 2 more pillows. Only 2 on the bed.

I only liked the price - the room had roaches - my pillows were flat - the white sheets had blood stains on them - the floor was sticky - when I walked in my socks they turned brown. Th woman at front desk was very nice - the man not so much. We stayed 2 nights, on Friday we left early with our 2 small dogs. When we returned at 5 the beds were not made - trash was still in waste cans - no clean towels. I wne to front desk and told the man, he said bring me your dirty towels and I will give you new ones. He then gave me a trash bag for our trash and told me where to put it outside. He did not move from his chair to help me. Advise to is avoid this place, it's really nasty.

Everything was dirty , the room smelled musty .
We checked in and turned around and checked out 5 minutes later .
There was hair in the shower and on the floor .
There was stains all over the walls and blood stains on the pillows.

Absolutely horrible and nasty . The lady at the front desk didn’t even care that we were upset that the room was nasty .

The mattress should have been replaced 10 years ago. Dirty room and noisy neighbors that seemed to live there long-term.

Easy on easy off the highway. Lots of places to eat close by.
Negatives:
Food stained walls and desk. Rusty drawer handles. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and set off silent alarm at front desk which precipitated a knock on the door to see if everything was ok.

The staff is courteous and helpful. They go beyond to help. The price and location is worth what I got. Thanks everyone and happy new year from me and my family.. keep up the good work.

The desk clerk was helpful. The room I booked was unavailable so he found me an room with the same price.
Negatives:
There was an odd smell, I couldn't identify. I saw a crawling bug by the fridge and dead bugs on the floor.
