Positives:
The property is convenient to Ohio University and more reasonably-priced on family weekends than the hotels in/closer to Athens, Ohio. It is located right off the Interstate and is close to several restaurants.
Negatives:
Some parts of the property are a little tired. The beds were comfy. The lighting in the bathroom could be better (although I loved the magnifying make-up mirror). The walls are thin. It's easy to hear what is going on above and around you.

Friendly staff. Pool was so so, hot tub was amazing.
Negatives:
Listened to people running across the floor above us all night long. The fridge in our room froze everything in it. The fridge in the other room barely got anything cold. The TV in our room didn't work half the time. The breakfast was horrible (it use to be good years ago). The beds felt like I was sleeping on a concrete wall.
