I checked in and the heating in my room wasn't working they gave me another room and when I tried to take a shower in the morning the shower didn't work. Went to staff and complained all she said was well it was working before. Most unpleasant stay ever

The handicapped room was at the very end of the huge building. My 90 year old husband had to walk way too far. Only doors to get inside were halfway down the building. There should be more entrance doors. Especially where the handicapped rooms are. Luggage cart had flat tires.
