Nice room. Lots of space. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

None of the ice machines had ice. No vending machines to get soft drinks, water, etc.

Room was cold/dark/gloomy; ice machine broken; no microwave; no guest laundry; filthy TV remote of the cheapest quality; parking terrible. I thought there was a free breakfast buffet: wrong! Prepare to cough-up $18. No one answered phone. I could go on
