Our first time staying but...
Positives:
THE STAFF WAS GREAT. Professional, well presented, helpful. Starting from the desk staff, to breakfast guy, to housekeeping, they ALL exceeded my expectations and experiences at other hotels. Breakfast was well represented, and spotlessly clean. Requested a quiet room, and they accommodated my request.
Negatives:
No complaints at all. They give you every chance to ask for what you want or need. If anything pillows were soft.

Mattress needs replacing the middle was sunken in the middle on both queen beds and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on which why i couldn’t give it an excellent star

Heat did not work in the room. Pool was not heated. Front desk call room because someone complaint about noise. We were laying in bed watching TV. When I asked why she called my room the front desk snapped gnat she had to investigate. I asked if she called any other room and she did not answer. I assume she called my room because I mentioned at checking I had my three granddaughters with me.
