Location was great! Very clean and front desk supper courteous and friendly. Coffee bar was a bonus!

Construction of some sort started at 10am on the next room to us…VERY loud with saws / drills. We were late check in from long drive so would have been nice to sleep a little longer, especially since checkout wasn’t until noon, which is one reason why we chose this hotel.

Hot breakfast on site was cold . No orange juice . Elevators very poorly lit and slow . No desk chair in room upon arrival at 6pm . Mattress and pillows lumpy . Bathroom antiquated .. all fixtures old and no water pressure .

Positives:
Great location from highway. All staff lovely. The desk person, Anthony, was particularly friendly and helpful to everyone. Breakfast was excellent and the lady watching was on point. Room ready exactly at 4 o'clock as stated. Close to Cracker Barrel, Texas Steakhouse, and fast food so convenient.
Negatives:
room very dark.
Water took forever to warm up.
No extra blankets; it was chilly even with heat on.
No coffee pot.
