Super gal at the front desk, holiday decorations were so beautiful and festive. My room was super super clean - housekeeping rocks! I guess during this time of year the ladybugs are everywhere!!!

The little lady bug party in my room on the ceiling. Not a complaint, the lady at the front desk said they like the light - so the bathroom light stayed on all night and they all moved into the bathroom! I had a GREAT nights sleep!

The hotel was located right in the middle of anything you wanted to do. Upon arrival the staff had all been very friendly and answered any questions knowledgeable. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed.

Breakfast was ok to good. It wasn't the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, but it had enough options. It did Not have enough seating. The room was excellent, clean, all the good things, the staff was excellent as well
Negatives:
A notification the pool wasn't working - we picked where to stop in our trip based on having a pool..... and then it was down. That put a shadow on the whole experience.
