We had an Overflowing toilet that the staff would not fix. They brought a plunger and towels and told us we had to fix the toilet as they were not allowed in the room.

Waaaay too much money for that hotel. Paid $370+. Not worth more than $99 a night.
Loud neighbors made it hard to sleep, but that’s not your fault.

Rooms have been updated and it was relatively clean in the hotel

The woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly did not want to be there and let everybody know it. There were also staff sitting at the bar being crude, loud and somewhat disgusting. I stayed at the hotel because it had the sports bar.
