The lighting in the bathroom is very dim. This is terrible for women who want to apply makeup. To equally appeal to men and women, the hotel should improve the lighting in their bathrooms.

There should be a grade above 10. At check-in hotel was experiencing computer issues but staff explained the delay and processed us as quickly as the equipment would allow. Our stay was to participate in the vintage Shop Hop days. Convenient access.

breakfast was good and varied. Coffee better than expected. However for two days in a row there were no napkins. Staff were friendly and attentive. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use.

Amazing experience and it all started with the Front desk gentleman. He was a WOW factor. I highly encourage him to keep up the great work - professionalism, cheerfulness, a Can - do attitude, and great hospitality. I wish EVERY hotels I stay in, he was there to greet. He's AWESOME .
