No one told us they were remodeling, hot tub and showers not up running. Cleaning in room could be better. Staff friendly, didn't know we has to put $75 deposit for each room. Hopefully they return the money. Was warm in room. No screen on window

Very nice hotel, room was clean

I booked the hotel for the swimming pool and hot tub, however the hot tub was out of order. Had I known this I would not have booked the stay. My girls and I were very disappointed and looked forward to the hot tub.

I was told on the phone by hotel staff that I could park my vehicle there while I was on a 4 day vacation. After Checking in I found out that it was a $5 a day parking and that there was no transportation for me on my return back to the hotel. Unsat.

Issues with new lock on door- had to lift door to lock Thermostat wasnt working- had to contact maintenance Microwave stopped working- had to contact maintenance, again Sink faucet gets stuck so you have to force it down Rips in the carpet, water st

Peeling wallpaper, not good lighting around building for security, uncomfortable bed, bathtub did not drain after shower.
